Over Weight and Out of Shape? Part 3

Okay, so you’ve had a few days to consider if you really want to do this. My guess is, you do… and you don’t. It’s easy to stay overweight and out of shape. And your experience from the past is, it’s difficult to lose weight, get in shape and stay there. And you’re right. So let’s change that right now.

The first question you have to ask is: “Am I tired of being overweight and out of shape?” For most people the answer is, “Yes.” Or, “Yes, but…” Yes, but means “No.”

So my question to you is, “What do you need to get to ‘Yes” without the “but?”

The answer is really simple. You need to change your mind. The only real way to change your mind is to talk to your subconscious mind. You can do this through guided imagery, visualization, meditation or hypnosis. I am working on a guided imagery process you will be able to use to help you change your mind so you will truly want to make the changes you need to make to get beyond being overweight and out of shape.

This download should be available in a few weeks, so stay tuned. Don’t wait until you have the download, start now. Make one simple change each week and see how quickly you can change from being overweight and out of shape, to having the body you love. Remember, it’s your body, there are no exchanges.

When I decided to get back into shape I had to commit to what I could reasonably do. If I stepped too far out of my comfort zone I knew I’d fall back.

I started with small changes in my diet (I’m not on a diet) and I committed to 5 minutes of exercise a day. That seems like a ridiculously small amount, especially coming from the fitness background I come from. But I know myself. And you know yourself.

What are you willing to do?

Keep it simple. Make it less than you know you “should” do, and be consistent.

Change Your Mind, Change Your Life!
